1, Why need to use personal use samll packages to clear customs? What is personal packages?
All the packages we process are all comply with the personal shipping regulations of China customs. Import and export of personal packages should be for personal use, in reasonable quantities and truthfully declared. China Customs management principles for inbound and outbound personal postal articles are: Not only need to satisfy normal import and export need of personal packages, but also to restrain smuggling of illegal activities. According to the principles, China customs regulates the mailing values, Duty free quantities, and mailing varieties. According to the applicable laws, the China customs inspect the import and export products and charge duty accordingly. So the import and export products should be in reasonable quantities, only for personal use or presents to friends and relatives, not for selling or other business purposes. Reasonable quantities refers to the quantities the Customs permitted quantities under certain circumstances.
2, What goods can be mailed?
Now, we only provide international shipping services to cosmetics, healthcare products, clothes, shoes and hats, handbags, jewelries, milk powder, personal use digital products and other personal use products. We do not provide international shipping services to other business products and any industrial products.
3, Why personal packages need to provide receiver ID?
Modified and effected on 5/1/2006, Chapter 4, Part 22, People’s Republic of China Regulation on import and export express parcels: When the personal packages import or export, the person needs to provide the customs with People’s Republic of China Import and Export Personal Packages Declaration Sheet (Attachment 2), each import and export sub waybills, import receiver or export shipper’s ID copies and other documents needed.
4, Can the products be 100% sure duty free customs cleared?
No! We completely follow the Customs regulations to declare, and we communicate the new customs regulations with the shipper to help avoid the shipping fees and return risk, but we cannot guarantee the packages will be 100% no duty released.
5, Can I mail compressed gas products (Mosquito repellent, press spray gas)?
(1), Compressed gas products, such as pressed spray gas, mosquito repellent, sun blocks etc., cannot
be processed by China Post EMS.
(2), After entered the territory, China Express will arrange other domestic express delivery, but will be delayed 3-5 days than expected.
(3), Besides, spray and liquid products were under air supervision, if were not checked, will delivery as the original delivery method by air, otherwise, will transfer to land delivery which will be delayed 2-3 days.
6, If my customers do not have an account, how can they search the delivery status?
